I had to delete and re-sync some 90K pictures from the LR cloud. It took a week to resync all pictures which worked out fine. But now quite a few of the albums in the cloud are empty. Stopping the synchronisation in LR classic and restarting just results in disappearing and appearing as empty again in the cloud. I have been in contact with Adobe Support to no avail. I have done a backup in LR classic and resynched from that. I have deinstalled both LR classic and LR and reinstalled them from scratch, to no avail. Anyone experiencing the same problem here?

I had problems with the sync function. LR randomly changed metadata and kept synchronizing for ever. So I decided to delete all synchronized pictures and restart the whole sync process. It took more than a week to syncronize some 90k pictures. Now all the pictures are synchronized from LR Classic to Lightroom CC and Web again, but a lot of the albums/collections are empty (on the web). I tried to stop and restart sync of these albums again, but it didn't do the trick. It ist strange enough that only about a third of the albums/collections don't sync, but the rest does. I've been waiting a few days now to allow synchronisation, but nothing changes.

the problem with the missing location is now solved. But there are 19 pictures permanently stuck in synching. In the previous versions I was able to locate the problematic pictures. But with the latest update I cannot retrieve them. Also, my version looks different to the help section of adobe. I haven't got the options suggested in the help section. See screenshots attached.

In my case the text fields in red are affected. 'Sublocation' is not affected, only City, State and Country/Region. I don't use ISO Country Code. The data either came from the camera (mobile phone) or was added manually.

actually 20 pictures are permanently tryint to sync. In the old version I could locate those files. With 13.3 I haven't seen an option to see them.

In my case they are synced to the cloud. Currently the status of images without Location data has risen to more than 54'000. It seems that LR is constantly overwriting existing XMP-Data for no obvious reason.

I have a similar problem: When updating to 13.3. sync starts, deleting all location information. I have a catalog with some 90'000 pictures. After 24 hours some 78'000 pictures have lost GPS information. I restored to the previous catalog V13. All metadata seems to be correct again, 100% of my pictures have location information. When migrating to 13.3. again, I have now some 24'000 pictures with missing location information. I'm on a Mac Sonoma 14.5. Intel Core i9, 32GB RAM
