I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding an issue I am experiencing with accessing the Image/Text to Video feature in the beta version. I received an email stating that I should have access to this feature, but I am currently unable to use it. I’ve tried logging out and back in, and I’ve confirmed that I am using the correct account associated with the beta access. However, I still cannot access the feature.
