Hi, i have done all of these steps and my libraries are still not loading in ANY of my apps. This has absolutely destroyed my workflow for the last 2 weeks as all our brand assets are built into them. "Please note that Creative Cloud Synced Files have been discontinued for business plans" Could this be whats screwed up lbiraries, like a bug there thats stopping libraries syncing since im on a business account and misinterprretiung my CC library files as cloud synced files? (i assume thats something different otherwise there is 0 reason to use adobe CC at all as a business without libraries)

Since last week all of my Adobe apps stopped loading any of my library assets and they just say every subfolder is empty (see attached) this is accross ALL of our brand libraries and a huge issue as thats where all our assets are stored. I checked chrome libraries and the assets are still there so the issue is creative cloud not talking to photoshop and illustrator, even though it says "all up to date" when i hover over the cloud

Was this ever ficed for you? Its jsut started happening to me this week and ALL of my lbiraries ar blank in every desktop app and its destroyed my week, every fix ive tried from the online support suggestions hasnt worked and i hate how every bloody time the solution seems to be "uninstall and reinstall everything and waste a full day reloading your libraries" Cmon adobe youre a multi billion dollar company, get your Shitake Mushrooms together, this is ridiculous.

Was this ever fixed? I've now just been hit with the same issues as @MillerTimeMT in 2025! This is insanity, all of my libraries are now showing as blank - which destroys our entire workflow as ALL of our brand assets across all the different brands we work on are built into these libraries - when i open the browser version the assets are there so theres a massive issue with cloud libraries not talking to PS, AI and INDD since a recent update, but since miller was copping this a year ago maybe its something else? Tried to sort it via online chat support but they were worse than useless so hoping this forum helps better, it has completely derailed my work this week
