Hey @CShubert , thanks for responding!   I gave it a shot and no fix. Still the same issue of Shift not working. I've also tried making sure I don't have any background apps open that may be diabling the Shift key in Photoshop and that didn't solve the issue either.  ... View more

Photoshop 24.1.1 Windows 10   Some shift hot keys such as alternating through tools (Shift+B to alternate through brush, pencil, color replacement tool and the mixer brush tool) still work but others at random do not. Shift + Ctrl+S is not working for Save As. Shift+Ctrl+J will not Create New Layer Via Cut.   I know it isn't my keyboard because it's working right now as I type this out. I'm not sure what the issue here is within Photoshop because the Shift key clearly works for alternating through anything on the tools bar.    It isn't the worst thing in the world but it is an annoying disruption of work flow to  have to use the upper tabs to perform some functions.
