Hey y'all.  It has been very hard to repro this internally here at Adobe. There are so many variables. We did implement a lot of mouseUp/Stylus tracking fixes over the past number of releases so it sounds like there's been some success.  Just recently we had a customer provide us with an excellent video with exact steps required to repro a related cursor flicker issue and we were able to fix it, which will be in the next release. I'm late to the party. For those who have this issue by default, it's most likely your PC being too slow for Photoshop's poor optimization. Reverting to older versions is likely to fix your problem. Please provide a description of what actually happens with screenshots that include all the pertinent Panels.    One can create Brush Presets to »Include Tool Settings«, those include Opacity etc. and can even include the foreground color.  ... View more
