I did include images. I simply am reporting a bug with the software - when using the removal tool it should not affect the entire image (creating the halo) only the area you are applying it to. I specified that even when the area is selected/isolated (in my case the logos) and the removal tool is used it is still applying a halo effect to the entire image. This needs to be fixed that's why I'm reporting it.

I don't want the entire image. Only the logos to be removed - removing the logos should not alter the entire image and create a halo. Thank you for your feedback

Downloaded a webp/png image which I then upsized x2 - it is a transparent image that I'm just playing around with Adobe tools - when I went to use the removal tool to remove the logos it added a "halo" or "minimal border" around the entire image. I even tried using the lasso tool to only select the area I wanted to remove and then used the removal tool and the same thing happened again. Any explanations? Can this be resolved. I'm attached 2 graphics the before and after (the one that says remove is the halo one) - in order to see the halo you'll need to flatten the images. I left them transparent so you can see if you can replcate it on your own. Thank you very much for your time looking into this issue. Using photoshop 26.3.0 Windows 11

Here are the links that say that it does work in photoshop - one workaround is opening the jpg through the camera raw format (open as) and that directly shows up as camera raw and then in the details super resolution shows up but you can't do anything with the image. https://photographylife.com/reviews/adobe-super-resolution And the other website is here - https://www.upscale.media/blog/upscale-image-resolution-in-photoshop scroll down to "using super resolution on jpeg in photoshop" SO there's several other websites too giving the same options to do it with jpg AND resaving as a tiff doesn't make a difference either.... I have researched and tried all solutions but Super Resolution / Enhance, etc not showing up in Camera Raw 17.0 - I have the latest Photoshop 2025 26.0.0 release. Am using camera raw through the photoshop filter, have the technology option toggled in camera raw settings and still no luck. Hope someone can help. Have attached screenshots - please I hope someone can help I have tried this on 2 different computer systems and still no luck.

This only happened when opening Chrome browser by itself (no clicking on a pdf link or anything, simply to open the browser). Latest update - I just turned on the extension again and tested it out - did not open up Acrobat like yesterday (thank goodness). Hoping it was just a fluke thing that happened. Thank you for your prompt response and assistance! Greatly appreciated!!!!

I disabled the Acrobat Pro browser plugin and the issue went a way - but I really liked having that in my browser! I will do the uninstall and reinstall to see if that resolves the issue - I failed to mention the version I have - Acrobat Pro 2023.003.20201. It will probably be tomorrow when I do that, but will be sure to let you know if it works! Thank you!

This just started today and I even updated the app thinking that might fix the problem. When I open Google Chrome not even 2 seconds later Adobe Acrobat app opens up (very annoying). Not sure why this is happening - did not see anything in preferences for a setting even similar to this issue. When I close Google Chrome (with Adobe Acrobat closed) and reopen Chrome, the same exact thing happens again. Any ideas???
