Can you explain to me what "tweened" means? Tween is hiding under the "hamburger" menu just above the timeline. It sets the number of frames you want Ps to invent between each frame, to smooth motion. It's strange because the images aren't corrupted outside of photoshop Look at your timeline; if you see the same thing I saw, then they were corrupted before you generated the GIF (imo).
