Have sent reports again for lightroom cloud based and am updating back to 12.4 to send report for classic. the dialog is pages long so hopefully it came through as this would be tons of screenshots. Have attached the beginning of the report for cloud lightroom. Update 12.4 no longer loads or provides a box to send a report, however it shows a task in task manager.  ... View more

So been having this issue since 12.4 launched. !2.3 works just fine never issues etc. As soon as i install 12.4 it wont boot. Just nothing. I tired the past suggestions here and so far nothing has helped. Lightroom cloud just doest boot, says there is an issue as to send a report. Have been sending crash reports since 12.4 came out for both. NO help from adobe. Running windows 10-64bit latest standard update. Hardware is a little old but that should matter still 2016 pc parts.  thanks everyone ... View more
