Thanks so much for your patience, Peter. I am in the USA. I tried the Letter size, but same result. Here is a screenshot of what the bottom of my page layout looks like. It seems to continue past the dotted line. Maybe that's why it gets pushed to the top of the page?

Sorry Peter, yes - RoboHelp 2022.3.93 My apologies, I don't think I'm understanding correctly. I'm not having a problem with the size of the page (I just need to output to a standard size PDF). For some reason, the footer content appears on the top of the PDF (page 1) with nothing under it. Page 2 contains the topic content (with no footer under it). In my mind It should be reversed.

Hi all, I'm using RoboHelp 2023 and I'm having an issue where the Save to PDF print feature or using a Printed Documentation output results in the master page footer appearing on it's own page before the topic contents. It also does not respect my year variable (yyyy) in the footer. I've been up and down the settings but can't seem to find anything. I know I can manually rearrange the pages, but that can be a pain. Any ideas? Thanks all.

Solved. Edit the skin/template in RH 2022. Go to Output > Templates > [Skin/Template] > Edit > Layout tab > User assets > Add Asset. Upload a .css file with everything commented out except for #4 in Peter G.'s font face entry (https://www.grainge.org/demos/fontawesome/#t=fontface.htm). This will tell the skin to force display the desired font and use the default skin .css (mine was called layout.css) for everything else (e.g., size, color). Paste a copy of the font you want to display in the skin/template folder. Generate and test.

RoboHelp 2022.3.93 (I believe this is the latest version). The template I used was a variation (color) of the Azure_Blue design. I have the font family in both the Header and Layout tabs set to Roboto. I take it the skin/template doesn't adhere to a stylesheet, so there is no way to enter the @Blissful_help0D4E-face entry like we did for the topics?

You can see the topic styles are correct, but the Title in the top left and the TOC are displaying a different font. And again, this is coming from a user's machine that does not have Roboto installed.

Thanks Jeff! I completed this - and the main topic text is good, but the TOC and Help file header (the name of the help file in the upper left) is not taking on the Roboto font. Is that taking cues from the skin file? I have that set to Roboto as well.

It's Google's Roboto font. I've seen the article on Google fonts, but the instructions don't follow with the Google fonts page. There's no + sign or way to copy the code. And I'm unsure by what he means by "paste the code into the head section." Where do you do that in RoboHelp. The .css?

When my users view my HTML5 online help file, it does not display the Roboto font for some (because they don't have the font installed on their machine). Instead it defaults to a less attractive font. Is there a way to do something with the font where it displays regardless of that circumstance (like embedding the font)?

Hey Jeff! We did speak with the RH team. They ran us through the routine procedures of uninstalling all Adobe products using the Adobe cleaner tool, reinstalling, testing on an Admin profile and such. No change. Although they repeated that you should not need a Creative Cloud product (sans the free Creative Cloud Desktop app) to get the 5GB storage space/syncing capabilities, the only thing that has worked was giving me temporary CC app licenses (tried CC suite first, then just Acrobat Pro). I would love to know if there is anyone else out there that only has RoboHelp installed on their machine and no CC apps - and still has file syncing and storage.

The one you mentioned in the post above. The Cloud ID line in the RoboHelp project file. I opened it with notepad and deleted it. Is there a way to get that value back if I lost it?

IT advised to start a RoboHelp trial under a personal account. The Review function worked (probably because it was using my Personal account for storage). They gave me an Enterprise user account and added RH 2020 to it (I have since upgraded to 2022, but the problem was there from the beginning). As soon as I activated the license, the Review function stopped working and I get the "File syncing disabled, contact IT" message. It also shows I have no storage. I have tried to uninstall/reninstall every Adobe product from my laptop, plus all the procedures you mentioned. My IT rep showed me the Admin Console and there was no restriction on syncing. I also tried: Peter Grainge's suggestion of removing the Cloud ID line from the project file and deleting the previous review files, deleting the options.tix file from CoreSync (it isn't there), doing and End Task on all Adobe and CoreSync in the Task Manager, and a few others. Still nothing. My IT has called Adobe Support - they cannot resolve it. Looking for someone here who might have fresh ideas.

You're absolutely right. I moved it to a folder outside of the Users folder (C:\whatever), which didn't include the firstname.lastname folder inside the Users folder.

In my case, the file name/path had no special characters in it, and I was still getting the error. I moved the project out of "MyRoboHelp Projects" and onto a new folder on my C drive. Somehow, that solved the problem.
