Initially, when I started with video editing, I found Adobe Express's ability to export a single helpful frame, especially as a beginner. It was a feature I frequently used for creating thumbnails and specific images from videos.

To adjust the interface size in Photoshop CC, you can go to Edit > Preferences > Interface. In there, you'll find a "UI Scaling" option. You can increase the scaling percentage to make the interface elements larger and more readable on your high-resolution screen.

Yes, Photoshop can be used for cleaning up images. Still, it's not typically designed for video editing, so it might be complex for video editing because it has professional tools that require some better understanding.
If you're on macOS, I'd recommend using iMovie to clean up and raise the image quality; the Enhance button in the toolbar works wonders with just one click. Now for Windows users, I've had good experiences with Movavi, as it allows removing objects from the background with their AI tool, and the interface is super straightforward. Hello, Are you using form fields like text boxes, checkboxes, radio buttons, and drop-down menus for user input? If you have problems with distribution, you can either send via email attachment, or upload the PDF to a cloud like Google Drive or Dropbox this way the client receives the link to the PDF.
