@alexander26133779gdw4 I feel you; I left as soon they announced the removal of the cloud sync. Mind you, I paid 120$ 6 months ago for the premium, so in the middle of my "contract" they changed the rules (and lost a client), they can keep the change for not providing me with the full year of service; I'm a charitable person. So, I tried other apps immediately. I found that CAPCUT has everything I need, is another world, and it just works as it is supposed to; I bought the premium the same day, no brainer. Try it. You will never go back. Now, I was just rendering some files in Rush because in a month, I will lose everything that is on the cloud, and I can't explain to you the pain, just exporting some 15-second clips. Unbelievably painful. I can't even understand how they call Rush a professional video editor; nothing works, especially in the last 2/3 months. Just pain! They need to fire whoever is in charge of the project Rush and restart from scratch. The app is a mess and is missing features and options that other apps just have in it from the start. And now, with this last (very smart) move to remove the cloud, bye-bye Adobe, see yaaaa. ahahah 😄 Incredible. It's a shame because I trusted Adobe without even checking the competitors first. I have used Photoshop and Lightroom for the past 20 years, and many friends have been working on Adobe Premier for ages, so I thought, well, Rush must be good.. nope. Cheers 😄 😄

Hi @Peter Garaway Thank you for your reply and concern, but the backup is not the point; the point is you guys change the rules during the game to clients who have already invested years in your company; that rule should apply only to new customers, not to whom is already a client. It makes no sense. The storage option with the 100Gb was the main reason most people pay the 120 a year. That's it. Move from one device to another based on the necessity of the editing. But nope, you ruined the only thing that was worth paying for. Editing apps for half the price without a cloud option is plenty on the internet. I don't know; I'm not a marketing strategist, but your marketing strategy needs a second opinion. Cheers

Hi @Camellia25277345ge1m , Thank you for your reply. What a joke, ah? They created an app for mobile and removed the only thing that made the app enjoyable: moving seamlessly between devices. ( I was hanging on that even with all the giant bugs the app has lately) Now, Adobe expects us to pay for a separate cloud system. (ahahah) what a dishonest way to double the price, but the only thing they will achieve is losing clients, and for those who really can't switch, they will have to pay double. So brutal. I started to use the app six months ago and paid for the entire year; well, I already stopped the renewal, and I will begin to look for an alternative; in the meantime, I will use it until the "premium" expires, and then I will see. They should take inspiration from Netflix, the new slogan for the company: Adobe is a joke. Cheers everyone, and good luck with your backup; not even that is a simple task (OF COURSE, why that should be easy ah?) ....ahah what a joke. Hilarious. 😄

@Kevin-Monahan Hi Kevin, I am in doubt, too. It is not clear to whom the sync will stop. I have a premium account with Rush as a personal user. Will my sync file will stop working? I don't understand. I paid the premium to have that exact feature of 100GB with sync functions. Do you have a more precise explanation? Because in the Adobe website explanation, there is too much gibberish that, honestly, I don't care to understand; I want to be sure that Rush will keep working as advertised and paid for, that's it. 🙂 Thank you for any clarification you can provide. @Kevin-Monahan, I hope that, too, because, at the moment, it is challenging to maintain a proper work pace with that lagging during editing. I do shorts of 15 to 30 seconds, with many rapid cuts next to each other, and I need to move back and forward many times to see if the cut is correct, but right now, between the lagging and the freezes, it is almost impossible to do that in a reasonable time.

Hi there, Quick first impression after new updates for the Tech team, IOS 17.1.2 and Rush V 2.9 (1) on iPad Pro 3rd gen - over 400GB available. - The app doesn't crash during editing or export, and that's good. - But randomly during editing or simply scrolling forward or backward to find the correct position for the cut, the video preview lags/freezes, and then when play is pressed, sometimes only the audio is reproduced, and the video is frozen, then you have to stop wait for a second and try again and then maybe is played correctly... yeah, it is a bit frustrating 😄 - For reference, iPhone 15 Pro - IOS 17.0.3. and Rush V 2.8 (1) With the same project, It's all good; there are no lagging or frozen pictures during the editing/scrolling. Maybe it is just me; I'm waiting to see other feedback. I hope this helps. Cheers Raf

Hi @Kevin-Monahan , I was thinking instead of the "looping bars" as we talked about, which might be complicated to control on a small screen, It would be possible to add a button with the loop sign that loops the entire video so it will be easier to do short video Social media ready. YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok already have this function, and integrating it into Rush does not seem complicated at the interface level. Because now, if I want to see if the video loops correctly, I have to export and then upload it to any social media and check with their video editor if the loop is correct. ... it seems too much work for just editing the loop 😄 ...no? Also, there is still the issue with the sound at the end of the clip that skips or jumps; this makes the editing of the loop a nightmare. Every time, I need to cut the clip longer and then trim it down on the social media editor. I noticed through the forum that this is an old bug, is there any chance it will get fixed soon? 🙂 Thank you for your patience and support. Raf

Yeah exactly that! I know that it might be complicated in a small screen to have that kind of option, but hopefully the team will come up with a smart solution to incorporate that function one day. Thank you anyway, cheers 🙂

.... also, you can select a portion of the timeline and export only that, without exporting the whole movie. ( I actually need to do that right now, that's why I write it now 😄 ..., but I can't, because the looping bars aren't there! I have to export the whole thing and then cut the part later) 😄 cheers

Hi Kevin, The two sticks that you position in the timeline are called looping bars (no?); let's say you have a 2-minute long edit, but you need to loop just 10 seconds to check in a continuous loop that video effect or sound mix, and while the program keeps lopping that selection you make your adjustments, without moving the play bar/stick back to the starting point or in the case on Ipad or iPhone slide back with your finger the play bar and press play to reproduce that parts that you want to edit/listen/check. Once you set point A to point B and click "loop", the program will loop forever whatever is inside that selection; you can also use inverted so the program jumps that part inside the two bars, which sometimes is helpful if you want just quickly check if that edit works better without that selected part, without muting or deleting those files. Does it make sense? Let me know. Thanks 🙂

Hi there, would be helpful to have some kind of progress bar during sync between devices, and maybe an estimated time to completion. sometimes I start my projects in my iPhone then if the editing start to be a bit more complicated I move everything on my iPad, but I can't see any kind of percentage numbers or changes during the sync so sometimes I'm not even sure if it's actually working the transfer. Or maybe there's an hidden option somewhere that shows that? Thank you very much for any feedback. Raf
