The bag is not supposed to be red! 😅 You can see its actual color in Layer 0.

Layer 3: not sure of the purpose
Layer 1: red bag that you see in your document
Layer 2: solid white layer that hides Layer 0
Layer 0: grayscale bag hidden by Layer 2
Try clicking the eyeball for the top three layers. Is that what you want to see?
For clarity, give your layers useful names.
