Is anyone else getting ugly wrong colors from dngs of the Xiaomi 15 Ultras main cam? It looks fine in Lightroom Cloud Software, but Classic (14.0.1) gets the white balance wrong, I can switch to "auto" and back to "as captured" which makes it look correct, but it won't stick, next time it's wrong again, and then even carries over to the Cloud LR software. Whats going on?

10 years later: new Android phone Still has to sit on the table useless for days, with a specifically created black video (that prevents Android from turning the screen off after it's max timeout of 10minutes), just to get my "store locally" albums on the device. Yes I did click 3 times ("settings for the album -> "story locally" -> "yes do it") multiplied by 200, because there is still no "select all and story locally" or "store everything in this folder locally" option. Or a simply why to store theses settings so they get reapplied on a new device.

So it's really easy? Even if the driver letter changed I can tell LR, look there they are now, I do not have to linke each photo or folder manually? My catalog is linked to photos on 2 drives and multiple folders, one drive letter will change, but other then that the folder structure will remain.

Funny thing is that I got the message "your graphics cards support is disabled for this session because of an error". Next genfill popped up "Your CPU does not do AVX2 can't do it". So apperently my graphics cards is fine taking over those operations my old CPU can't do.

I was possible to filter for likes and comments (both of them, no distinction) in Classic but Adobe broke it. Having to install CC Desktop only to have this feature is annoying.

I'm on Android and I've never seen it pop-up a "real" notification. Not talking about the in-app notification, it's not a notification if you have to open the app and check for news yourself, a notification is supposed to come to you.

After years of using it I just thought: "why do people have to message me on external apps if they liked photos or requested access, I should allow the app to notify me", guess what I never disallowed it, it just does not do it. 🤷🏻

Apparently it's possible to edit the aplications.json file in the installer folder /Products/AUDT and replace AVX2 with AVX, then it should install. If it works or just crashes is a question. Same as where do get that installation package.

Mine is fine too, sure the 600MB/s SATA III limit is a bit oldschool, but it's still what I would call "fast". Could do 64GB RAM instead of 32GB but I did not want to remove the CPU cooler to get access. GeForce RTX 3090 24GB is AI de-noising those 45MP raws really fast.

Probably powersupply and case too, and why bother with old SATA devices when there are faster new options available, old PCI cards? Probably not much luck on newer mainboards, so hopefully there are USB replacments.

Can you link that tutorial? New CPU, new absolutely silent CPU cooler (research needed), new mainboard, new RAM, new soundcard (no PCI on new mainboards), new harddrives (SATA is coming out of fashion and why not make use of the faster new technology), question is will it even fit in the old case (do I even want to butcher the old system or buy completely new and have the old one operational as backup and use in the transition phase), does the old power supply work, do I have the time to setup a new OS...so annoying.

It's a software decision to not support the older system. Adobe could easily restrict only the few functions that need it (previously done with video editing since 25.8) and not block the whole update.
