Thanks for sharing this! I had updated After Effects to version 25 and was running into a lot of memory issues, even though I have 32GB of RAM and a solid machine. Adjusting the virtual memory settings completely solved my problem. It’s crazy how even after 15 years using this software, sometimes when things break, we still end up not knowing what to do.
