What do you mean stuck on plus? Are you talking about just the remove tool? Can you post screenshots? The remove tool is similar to other live masking tools (Liquify and Content-Awre Fill for example) where you can add or subtract to the mask before applying changes. But this is only for Remove and not Spot Healing, there is a plus and minus button in the Tool Options bar. ... View more
