Hi @Stu Janis,
Acrobat UI doesn't adjust with the width of the document it views.
If you want to adjust the view or zoom level of the document, Open a PDF in Acrobat > View > Page Display > choose your option.
And if you want to adjust the width of Acrobat, you do it manually as you adjust it by dragging. Otherwise, click and hold on the Green button (Resize) in the top left corner and choose an option accordingly.
Let us know if you have further questions.

Bridge 15.0.2 yields the same slow performance. From a simple user standpoint the problem is really just slow loading of 100% previews and has very little to do with scrolling. I mean, it takes so long to fully load a "cached" image. Almost as if it isn't cached at all and ist only first cached after being selected (regardless how many times an image has been selected, this occurs every time [but not with version 12!]). This is a super headache for anyone wanting to quickly go through their full format photos in search of the best picks from a shooting. Use case breakdown: 1) perform a photo shoot 2) transfer all new photos to local hard drive (go eat dinner) 3) open bridge 4) navigate to folder with raw format photos 5) wait until all new photos are fully cached (go grab a glass of wine) 6) click on the first new photo from the shoot. 7) using the arrows on the keyboard, quickly go through the photos (here is where quick loading of 100% previews is extremely important) 8) along the way, label select photos for future editing 9) when finished going through photos, begin further editing or schedule for later. Thank you for your relentless efforts. BR Christian Kläy

The 2024 version is also completely unusable. It constantly crashes, it's unbearably slow and the interface is from another age. And now I learn that Adobe fires its ambassadors if they dare to say bad things about one of their software (After effects)!!! Gentlemen of Abode I will tell you, you are losing the battle and your future is bad. Look, you lost Premiere Pro and After effects with this policy. People use DaVinci now.

Yep, once gain Adobe does a half baked update, and breaks all rational workflow. When correcting thousands of files, you generally are working on Temp/Tint and exposure. You used to be able to Tab forward and Shift-Tab backward and move between these boxes. But no longer................seriously why do the constantly break this software. I will now also have to revert to 14.5 untill this is fixed. This is the adobe syndrome. To widen ther market they focus on dumbing down every aspect - so the non proffessional can be mind tricked. It is why C1 is gaining more market share with Pro's

Hi there
The version 24.0120643 is not the latest version please update the application to the recent version 24.02.20687 from the help menu > check for updates and reboot the computer once. If the issue still persists, would you mind collecting the Adobe CC logs https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html , Procmon logs (Win Only) https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/acromonitor.html and and share them via any cloud storage. Just upload the log file to the cloud and generate the link and share that link with us for further investigation. Regards Amal

I have some ideas which can improve the home screen of Premiere: 1. Selecting another home screen folder location is very slow. There is such a thing: copy the folder location in Explorer and then paste in Premiere to immediately access the folder. Instead, users have to endlessly click to traverse the folders to reach the destination. An input where the folder can be simply pasted would be welcome. As in Windows Explorer or as in Adobe Bridge, clicking on the folder path transforms it into an input field. 2. The scroll speed. It seems that every Adobe application is contaminated with this slow scroll speed. It is incredible that the software designers, project managers, IT specialists, beta testers, all those folks are completely unaware of the slooow scroll speeds? One whole rotation of the mouse wheel scrolls several tens of pixels. When the list is long, it takes hours to scroll to the bottom! 3. Expand to the current folder - when restarting Premiere, the home screen remembers the last folder location, but on the left side the current folder is not expanded. Clicking a disk in the "Decives" list goes back to the root. 4. There is no "Back" button.. Once I click a "Device" (eg. drive D), there is no way to go back to that deep folder I was visiting before...

Thank you so much for listing this out! I recreated it and am testing it on a bunch of images. I liked the Retouch4me dust filter, but it honestly took a little too long and this seems to have done the trick. I really appreciate your taking the time to write it out with screenshots! also had to look up how to copy> apply that directly to a layer mask, so def learned some stuff today.https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=2ahUKEwj78rDcueeDAxVamIkEHR8wAtkQwqsBegQIDRAG&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.youtube.com%2Fwatch%3Fv%3DVzvv0DfvJm8&usg=AOvVaw2jW2NDOn2VRhjfhcuUE8vc&opi=89978449

Bumping this because I'm having the exact same problem. I'm trying to make a very small increase in the page size, but when I use this method (the only one I know), nothing happens at all.

Bună dimineața, Thank you for your response! Opening the 'User dictionary' window, and adding the word pair, separated with dash, works well! Now "Cluj-Napoca" and the other countless words are not marked as incorrect. A little bit more work, but solves the problem. I have to file a bug report on indesign.uservoice.com .

Yes, because mobile devices or things related to mobile devices are DUMB. This is why I hate everything mobile (sorry). So here is the cause of the freeze: LR tries to read ALL photos on the device. For example, in my case there are thousands of photos - downloaded, stored on the phone for presentation purposes, etc., beside the actual camera images (DCIM). When connecting the phone, first LR generates a thumbnail for all images, for this purpose LR has to download every single image to generate the preview. This means gigabytes of data. The problem is: there is no way to specify which folder to read and which folder to ignore. To avoid the trouble, first you have to download the images from the phone, then disconnect the phone, only after this is allowed to start LR and browse the downloaded images (if your first intention was to import something).

Late reply, I know, but was just investigating the same issue, and it looks like this may be the solution: How to customize notifications in the Creative Cloud desktop app (adobe.com). Not so much different notification codes for different types of notifications, but the ability to opt in and out of different types of notifications, which, at least in my case, is the preferable solution, anyway.

That'd be the following:
Failed to export pdf file
(with only a slightly sarcastic sounding "OK" button to press). I agree with NetPixel, it's a worthless and useless message. I hate this as well.
It could have at least mentioned the page that caused the error.

The issue was present in the latest years. Users don't have problems with 100% previews, there is no need to generate 100% previews. Other image viewving software doesn't have this issue. The problem is simple and clear. When you hit the spacebar, the preview image is very soft. Other software displays the image preview as expected.
