I follow the step-by-step instructions from the official site, and everything goes fine... but no message ever comes to the collaborators (for the test I'm sending it other emails that I own that have Adobe IDs attached, so I know it's not going into spam or anything ).  Clicking the 'copy link' button in the Content Editing panel doesn't copy anything to the clipboard.  Is this feature geographically locked or something?
