I have the same problem to access Photoshop on the web but on Firefox Browser and I get the same error message: "Your device doesn't meet minimum system requirements for Photoshop on the web, or you may be in a private or incognito browsing mode, which isn't supported on this browser."   I have Minimum and standard system requirements from my iMac 2020 and my latest Firefox browser version  128.
