As seen in the screenshot below, my background while editing is black. The background color changed randomly when my finger accidentally hit some keys. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I've been having serious issues with the Refine Mask feature in Photoshop, i've attached a video below. I keep getting the message 'An integer between 0 and 100 is required. Closest value inserted.' when using any brushed or sliders in the settings. Any help is greatly appreciated because Refine Mask is almost unusable, and it's something i use a lot.

Hi, i recently upgraded my subscription to Creative Cloud because i needed Photoshop and InDesign, problem is, i am paying for Illustrator seperate, why? Does anyone know what i can do? I just want to pay for the Creative Cloud, why should i pay for Illustrator seperately if i literally upgraded to a plan that already has Ai? Any help is appreciated. I also have no idea how to reach Adobe customer service.

Hi, I've been wanting to experiment with those features but strangely i can't seem to find those features under Stylize, i click on Adobe Help and i can use it that way, but that seems to be too much of a hassle every time, it says the features are under Effect > Stylize but under Stylize i only get Glowing Edges, which is completely different.

Hi, I am experimenting with Intertwine tool but can't seem to figure out why it's greyed out so often. I'm trying to create a monogram with my initials just to as an assignment to get used to this feature but when i click select the two letters and go to Intertwine, it's greyed out. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, When i click on the pencil tool, i click a black fill on the properties panel, but when i actually use the pencil tool to make a line for example, the line is transparant, i have to click on the line AGAIN and THEN apply a color. Is this a bug or is there a setting that i'm unaware of? Any help is greatly appreciated,.
