Yesterday I gave it a final go but eventually gave up... Steps: - uninstalled all Adobe software (all Lightroom versions, everything) - uninstalled the CC Desktop App - ran the CC cleaner tool (linked in another post) and cleaned everything - restarted pc - downloaded the LR 6 from the web achive (linked in another post) - went offline - ran the LR 6 installer - Result: Lightroom CC 2015.14 release installed... (??) - tried Offline Activation anyway, same result:  "Your request cannot be processed. Try again later."    It baffles me how CC 2015.14 gets installed.. ... View more

Another question though, the installer is called "Lightroom 6.0" but eventhough I went offline, ran the installer, it installs a version called Adobe Photoshop Lightroom CC 2015.14 release. That's not the same as the 6.0 is it? If I remember correctly the last version I had was 6.14. ... View more

I don't know. I'm located in Denmark. I bought Lightroom 5 online at B&H (US) in 2013. Have worked flawlessly untill now. When I go to the link with the Offline Activation it is in English. But as soon as I log in, it switches to Danish. If my LR version I'm trying to install doesn't match my geographic location as you say, how do I change it? ... View more

That's the installer I downloaded. (Found the link on reddit - didn't thought it was directly from Adobe but now I know). Since I couldn't get this to work I have downloaded a trial version of the newest Lightroom Classic since I had to process some photos. Berfore I use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, will it delete Lightroom Classic, catalouge and the settings I have just made and downloaded? Thank you for trying to help, John! ... View more

Of course not. The SSD broke down. LR6 did not. Strange comparison...  Likewise, I don't have to pay once again for all of my other software that I have downloaded again. I could ask you, if you get a new phone can you download all your paid apps to the new phone, or do you have to buy them once again? It would be ridiculous if you had to buy again, right?
