I'm having problems with the app as well, cleared all my credentials, unistalled, reinstalled, tried running as admin, disabled firewall "which is super sketchy in the first place" nothing works. I downloaded this app to help me with my work at home but In the end I just canceled my subscription. It should not be this complicated to install & run a program especially from a company like Adobe who's well known. ... View more
