Hello, Nihao! I am a Chinese user, also found that AI and AE crashes when i use Windows language switch shortcut. For me itt's not a problem that happens all the time. It just cropped up tonight. But just after I  opened Premiere Pro to test if all Adobe apps have this problem, it just truned back to normal.
