Hi Community   I have a new laptop and want to use my Adobe Acrobat Pro X with my physical license key. I signed out of all other devices so I can log in on this new laptop but the software says I've reached the limit of 2 device. This is not true as I'm signed out of all my devices (followed the sign out instructions on screen). I need someone who can check or sign out all my sessions on your backend so I can use my Adobe Acrobat Pro X license again... I already reached out to the support from Adobe and they advised me to post in this community in the hope that someone can help me here as they do not provide any additional support on this version of Adobe Acrobat.
