Yeah, i know that ASLC stuff and even if while uploading it on YT, the Youtube marks it as disputed and withholds the video till copyright is not sorted. @Tarun Saini wrote: Hi @ravi_2912, Thanks for your response. When you place a stock audio asset for the first time, you'll see a message letting you know that if you upload your content to YouTube, you may need to provide Content ID proof. To find your Content ID: Open your Express file. Export the file (if you haven't already) to generate a license. Right-click the audio track → Click Source info. Copy the "Unique Content ID code" and follow YouTube’s Content ID verification process. If needed, click "What’s this?" in the info modal for more details. Let us know if that helps. Regards, Tarun the step 4 you mention is not seamless, it passes the ball to the asset creator who can take 24-48 hours to clear the dispute, till then the video is not published. The creator in different geography & time zone may be on holiday or busy in something else can take long enough for the video to be in dispute. I am talking this about mainly background sounds. So the holder of the creator IP takes 24-48 hours before clearing it. That makes a 3rd person control my creation using Adobe Tool. So the lesson I get from this is to drop the tool (Adobe template sounds). Adobe hasn't figured this out well, and it markets express as quick video editing tool. This is super lame and super problematic. Either Adobe should completely purchase template sounds in its library and give free hand to its subscribers to use them or else it will continue to be a tool with too many moving parts. Already Adobe express is such a lame product, what at best it can do is remove the backgorund. I even dont know what were Adobe Product managers thinking before making it, a free GIMP is more versatile to use it or even Fotor Pro ( paid version) which I discovered to be 100x of Adobe Express, at 1/10 the price of Adobe Express. Adobe Product Managers should periodically do a value assessment of their products compared to what is there in Market. Example : Adobe Express doesnt even have simple stuff like silhouette effect creation.

The number of attempts one has to make is non-justifiable, doesn't matter if I slow down or fasten up my voice tempo, it gets it wrong. This is a very interesting feature, pls fine tune this more.

Thanks fren, What a strange policy of Firefly ? Hope Adobe dont do too much of this as it will seriously limit Firefly's scope.

Thanks, Which word /words was/were against guideline ? Was it "armor" ? I mean if such simple words in correct context are deemed as against guidelines then that limits the scope of Firefly.

I don't know if simple prompts like this cant be processed by Firefly to generate still images. I wonder how the video generation ( in Beta mode ) will work.

But, Why can't firefly read the prompt the user gives ? If it can't process the prompts then why it asks for it, it should clearly state that it will generate images as per some variations to reference image provided. ( Even Google Image Search has that feature since many years). Firefly model is trying to straddle 3 user inputs - reference image, style, and prompt and the result comes out totally indifferent to what user wants. Firefly is highly disappointing and no amount of justification helps. I sometimes get better image result from Co-pilot. Not at all in league with midjourney , kling. That's my most honest feedback.

I never found Adobe Firefly to be of any use, I saw many designers being fearful of it replacing humans and all that. I tested it in all permutations & combinations, but it was not able to generate images of even very very simple prompts of simple objects like a pastry. See my Screenshots below. None of the pastry looks purple in color. After every vague result, I shared the feedback with adobe too. But frankly I would rate firefly to be totally disregarding the user prompt.

Hi @ravi_2912 Sorry to hear about your difficulties with this. I was also curious how many times you had issues with copyright claims from YouTube. I've seen a few other customer reports about this but am unsure how prevalent the issue is. I'll pass on your feedback and ideas to our developers. Thanks, Dave By @David__B Everytime I use any adobe premium background score and that made me question use of adobe stock music. 24-48 hours of time to release copyright is not something very exciting, also I observed sometimes it kills reach of content on YT ( if there is some copyright dispute earlier), so I totally avoid Adobe for that. Now I depend on YT sound library and let the Adobe feature for which I pay, go waste.

Nope, you did not get my main problem with Adobe's lack of approach to use of licensed sounds on YT. 1. Using Canva with AE for short videos is waste of money & impede a simple workflow and defeats the purpose of AE for quick 1 stop shop for creating short social media content. 2. Photoshop , Pexels I am not aware they have template background score. I lay all the blame fo this on Adobe & its their duty to figure this out, not pass on the buck to YouTube. I can think of some solutions like using a Adobe subscriber specific prefix or suffix in combination with ASLC they generate and user puts it into YT while user uploads and its cleared by YT at the very time of upload, ( via a checkup of the license at the backend in real time by YT). But that would mean Adobe to work for ease of use with YouTube and they should. YT may charge them for it and given Adobe is making so much money at the back of subscribers, they should do it.

Adobe needs to Automate its Asset/Stock Credit Claims, And if Adobe refuses to do it then some other AI will anyway sort this issue and hope that day comes sooner than before. 1. When a subscriber of Adobe use a Stock/ Asset included in its premium plans, then the Stock / Asset Creator of a background sound takes at times 48 hours to clear the copyright on Youtube. YT blocks the video and by the time dispute is cleared I have observed videos to have limited reach (may be due to YT algo). I blame Adobe for this squarely. 2. What value does this bring to become a Adobe Subscriber. Adobe Express markets itself to help creators, but this multi billion earning company does not think from the pov of its users.

Ok, got it. So, firefly needs a first draft kind of thing to generate image with custom text. Also, why does it ignore background color instruction ? The water is more of greener shade than blue.

Hi Nate, Here is a sample Screenshot. Also the outout rejects my objective, if I dont specifically mention the word ' text ' in the prompt. Example screenshot below. I hope the Firefly model improves and becomes more precise in future. Thanks Ravi

Hi, I was just having look around and did some testing and started with very simple prompts, I tried a very ordinary prompt to say design a pic that has some simple words written like example "abc" or "xyz", (always a single word) the output pics that will get generated will have text that would be truncated like say only one or 2 alphabets in the picture. Is there something wrong I am doing with prompt ? or is this a model limitation. thanks.

Thanks Ann, yes I guess I came with differnet expectations. I thought Premiere Pro to be a cookie cutter, it turned out to be a space rocket. Hopefully that this rookie graduates to an intermediate level.

The adobe's own resource like Adobe Learn even on selection to beginner level, provides scattered approach and there is no structure. Looks like I have to go thru the steep curve, too. Or else I will switch to something simpler. I wont give myself more than 2 weeks for this. Anyway thanks for your help.

I have to depend on too many scattered youtube videos and there is often version mismatch as the videos were old. I find the adobe's official channel of less help, as they gloss over many topics and not of much help to me. Should I have gone with something else ? I fail to see value for my time , efforts being reciprocated by Adobe.
