If I do a search first to see if anyone has already asked the question, it does not bring up the 'post to community button', only reply.  If I first click on a program topic button from the home page, that's the only way a post to community button shows up. I had to change my account email recently and lost all my old community notes. I am trying to post a new question, and there is no button to POST A NEW question – I can only to respond to existing ones. Does anyone know why that is? Thanks! ... View more
