I had the same issue and spoke with photoshops ai service. I resolved the issue. Here's the steps. To resolve the issue of brush strokes not appearing until you lift your Apple Pencil, adjust the pressure sensitivity settings in Photoshop on your iPad. Follow these steps: Open Photoshop on your iPad. Tap the gear icon in the upper-right corner to access App Settings. Select Input and then choose Apple Pencil. Adjust the Pressure sensitivity slider to your preference for better brush stroke visibility. Test the brush tool again to see if the issue is resolved. For more details, refer to the Apple Pencil
