Thanks for adding the screenshots.    You can try using the script here to correct permissions on the macOS: https://adobe.ly/4iiwOQy Even if these steps don't help, you'll have to navigate to the following location & update user permissions manually. In Finder, hold down the Option key and go to the 'Go' menu at the top of the main menu. The library will appear below the current user's home directory.  Library > Application Support > Adobe  Right-click on Adobe folder > Get Info > Allow Read & Write permissions. (Steps from Apple - https://adobe.ly/4bkb9VD)   Click at the bottom of the window, then choose "Apply to enclosed items."   Let me know how it goes. Thanks!
