Firefly Generative Video is not recognising my available credits and stopped working after two generations. I am part of the Firefly Video Beta and have been unable to test it effectively or get adequate support from Adobe.   Here is my report so far.  The generative video followed prompts 50% of the time, and the one result was semi-acceptable, but far below the par set by other platforms already in the marketplace. The bug is annoying for a life time user of Adobe,  we expect more from the company and this "start-up" behaviour is below what should be the brands standards. I attempted chat support multiple times and was shoved around to numerous people, all of whom had no idea how to help me.  They said they would escalate the issue, cut off the chat and didn't provide any ticket or follow-up email.   Based on customer support and this bug, the product is not ready for release as a beta, let alone a paid product.  Usability is step one, and the project/dev team failed in my case. ...
