I completed a free trial because I needed to sign a PDF.. and was going to cancel afterwards. When I went to check my account, there were no plans or payments so I thought I was fine. Then I find out I was charged anyways. I have checked my account and still there is nothing there so I cannot cancel it even though that is all I want. I tried to contact support but it says to contact my admin but they cannot do anything because nothing is showing up on my account. I just want to cancel and get my money back, I even have the email confimation and invoice and charge but nothing is on my account!! ADOBE GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I even tried to contact support through a seperate account and they cannot help me since it is the other email I have. This is unbelievable.
