Create a text file named PSUserConfig.txt in the Settings subfolder of Photoshop 2026  Use notepad to create a text file and type in :        UseSystemStylus 0 Save the file as PSUserConfig.txt in the following location: C: > Users > Username > AppData > Roaming > Adobe > Adobe Photoshop CC 2026 > Adobe Photoshop CC 2026 Settings Go to the Wacom tablet properties and for Photoshop under Mapping  uncheck the option "Use Windows Ink" Restart Photoshop (if it was open when you did this)       ... @carlh96567635 If you updated Photoshop to 23.x from 22.x and didn't choose the option to import your previous prefs, recents would be empty, since those are stored with the prefernces.  It sounds like some other settings didn't get carried over. Just a guess, but it sounds like you probably had Show Transform Controls turned on before if you were expecting resize handles to be there when moving objects/layers: If not that, will need screenshots and more information.     ...
