The most reliable solution for me is just turning off G-sync straight up, but I do play games on the same computer I use Photoshop on, so always going to the control panel every time I play and use Photoshop to switch G-sync gets annoying.   Fortunately, someone made a program to switch G-sync on and off more convenient: GsyncSwitch by kwizatz88 on GitHub. Hello, Photoshop 22, that has just been released today, does list a fix for "blend if" crashes, in its fixed issues list https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/fixed-issues.html#photoshop-desktop-fixed-issues  I recommend to install it while keeping the older version installed, as explained in: https://helpx.adobe.com/be_en/download-install/using/install-previous-version.html   If you are not seeing it, go to help>check for updates in your CC application.
