its not allowing me to re-activate on either computer. the new one or the old one that has already been deactivated. This is the message I get on both computers now. Neither of which I´m able to activate now.

Yeah tried that, but it´s now claiming the serial number has already been activated on 2 computers even though it´s been deactivated on that same exact computer. Inside the application, the "Deactivate" option is greyed out.

I can´t be certain that I had the latest Windows update at the time of deactivation, but I can confirm that it is at this very moment and Chrome has long since set as the default. Any way of re-deactivating? As it currently stands the "deactivated" computer is receiving the same "Activation Limit" message

Thanks for the response. I did deactivate on the 1/2 computers, but its as though that message is not being sent to the Adobe ´activation manager´. I then click "Retry Activation. I have aleready deactivated one of my other computers." but without success. Any tips in the event one is still able to deactivate on the other computer? Thank you

Hello, I understand that Adobe is no longer providing support for pre-cc products. But after deactivating on my old computer, this problem persists (the 2nd device is dead and I´m unable to deactivate). Would it be possible to at least reset activations? Thanks! Derek
