Hey y'all.  It has been very hard to repro this internally here at Adobe. There are so many variables. We did implement a lot of mouseUp/Stylus tracking fixes over the past number of releases so it sounds like there's been some success.  Just recently we had a customer provide us with an excellent video with exact steps required to repro a related cursor flicker issue and we were able to fix it, which will be in the next release. I am also suffering from this bug.   The current latest version v25.91 still has no fix. This bug occurs on a daily basis. But it occurs more frequently, especially immediately after using a layer mask. Please refer to the reference video.   Some people say that Photoshop 2022 is fine, but in my case Photoshop 2022 behaves the same way. I wanted to follow up on the slow Curves issue. Despite the recent update 25.3.1 on MAC, the problem of significant lag when adjusting layer masks, which I frequently do in my editing process, remains unresolved. For a clearer understanding, I'm sharing two videos here demonstrating the issue with the most current version of Photoshop with panels On and OFF.   To troubleshoot this further, I discovered that the Curves function without lag when I hide all panels using the TAB key.   This led me to test each panel separately to identify if a specific one was causing the lag. It appears that the Info panel is the root of the problem. Adjusting various modes and status information settings within this panel did not resolve the lag.   However, collapsing the panel did improve the situation.   I wanted to share these findings with the community and the support team, hoping it might assist in narrowing down and addressing the issue more effectively. I recently bought the competing program, from the Affinity package, which is lighter, pays more attention to customers and even though I have to relearn it, it will be more usual for me. @JqqerryThe problem is not due to smoothing... Again it's a bug that happens only when the canvas is rotated, I don't have this lag otherwise. But it's not like you rotate the canvas and all of a sudden you dan't draw, it seems to be after a while... Maybe my cache settings are a bit peculiar, I've cache levels:8 and cache tile size:1024. I appreciate your effort but I recognize it's tricky, I don't manage to understand what's the cause, it doesn't happen automatically. Maybe you'll see it someday 🙂 ... View more

I have ythe photography bundle of Ps with Lr. I have used Lr extensively for years but have just started running through some learning tutorials using Ps 22.1.0. I've come across bugs galore and had to revert to Ps 21.2.4. Thankfully I have both versions installed. I'm amazed how they can release software in a state like this.  ... View more
