Hello. Thanks for caring. In fact, though the picture appeared greyed and didn't seem to be possible to add, when I went back to the album it was added, so I could edit it. And today, when I want to add pics which are more than 6 months old and which I deleted (so they are no more int the trash) I can add them without any problem. PROBLEM SOLVED!!!  I saw a video where another person had problems if they had Canon apps installed. I tried deleting all my Canon apps (DPP4 & EOS Utility, etc.), restarted laptop, Reinstalled LrC, restarted laptop again, and now thethering in LrC works!! Confirmed, I thought I was hallucinating but its true Photoshop 2025 gen fill is indeed unusable. I opened up a psd file done in 25.7.0  with the gen layers still there and re-generated with the same prompt in 26.4.1 and what used to look like realistic landscaping looks like roblow now.  ... I don't know which version of Photoshop this started in, I hadn't had to mask regularly, that's where if this wasn't how the featured was intended to be used let me know. You can use a similar prompt with the same details that describe the character but Firefly will try create a unique image each time. You could use Generative Fill to change part of the image but that is limiting if you want the character to change positions/poses. ... View more

Hello @Joakim38709062sei6, Thank you for your message.   The model does not understand the concept of a word being negated by the word in front of it. So using "not [X]", "no [X]", "exclude [X]", "with no [X]", and "without [X]" does not work. As you observed, it ignores the negation word and adds to the image the thing you are trying to avoid.  You basically need to find "positive" words and phrases telling the model what you want to see rather than telling it what you do not want to see.  Such as "flat land" rather than "no mountains" or "desolate" rather than "no people".  If I am not sure how to describe something I want to exclude in a positive way, I will ask Google Gemini or ChatGPT for ideas.  Just be aware that when they give prompts, they are usually too wordy and conversational, so you have to edit them, but they are good for ideas.
