just wondering if the Adobe Draw & Adobe Sketch Folders from the old apps which are in my Fresco Documents take up space?, (i also recently converted the files via creative cloud suggestion to fresco too) and if they do, if i delete the folders will they also be deleted from creative cloud?, i ofcourse want to keep them, but i don't actually tend to open my old drawings in fresco. cheers.

hi, thanks for replying, 1. it seems to be layers on various drawings (there is 7 induvual drawings (7 folders, each in seprate folders) created within one project. 2. no individual movement of layers, i only selected full folder containing all layers to be resized. 3. too detailed of drawing to try and replicate, everything.

i've just noticed this, is it movement of layers?, i've copied entire folder of the original drawing onto a new project page, selected the folder only containing its whole contents layers, and reduced the drawing in size. looks like layers have moved even though all i've done is reduce a whole folder, not single layers?, seems to have only done it on certain Pixel layers too. i'm stumped, what has the app done?, cheers screenshots below of the orig drawing & copied folder reduced in size, copied folder from original drawing. showing the layer looks like it has moved, but if i move it back, it still doesnt line up as per the original. ios Version 6.1.3.

earlier today, i was working on a project, (ios app latest ios) i came out in & out of the project as usual, waited for the synched green tick, tapped on the project, load bar got to the end then a little message of "Fresco is unable to open this document. Please contact support." which i've never seen before today. tapped the project a couple more times message said the same thing, i then noticed there was an app update needed anyway, and it opens fine now, but as i've never ever seen that message before i was just interested wondering what could have caused it in the first place for future reference?, synching issue? possibly, large file?, a wifi drop in connection? etc any info on why it might have happened etc, would be appreciated, cheers.

i've noticed this for around 3 years now and it happens quite often, if i draw a line with the vector brush (no changes to brush standard round brush settings) with the ruler, i can see the line thickness varies & isnt consistant thickness , then at the end of the drawn line "tails off" and goes to a point. it usally starts happening once youve used the brush & ruler a few times to draw straight lines.. ios app.

i don't why i haven't thought of this before, but is there a way to "snap" a shape to align to touch the edge of another shape for example? i.e say i have drawn a box, then want one of my captured shapes to align with the edges of the box, no overlap over the box edge or slight gap inside edge of the box where they don't align touch to exact edge. etc 🙂 cheers.

with the discontinuation of the sync feature, can somebody please confirm that it just the local desktop folder i.e windows docs, and that local app fresco files, saved creative cloud fresco synched files and creative cloud libaries/assets are uneffected etc, cheers

at somepoint yesterday, the app became buggy and now takes quite awhile for the main page that displays the projects, to load either says "saving" or "loading documents" then finally projects will appear. also duplicating a simple shape vector, 1 layer is taking quite a while and finally duplicates then also takes ahwhile to merge layers, then when i go to transform and move the layer, nothing happens then the whole app crashes.... and not saving the changes made to the project before the whole app crashes and closes itself. i'm running latest ios & latest app & plenty of ipad gb storage, it was working fine till afternoon yesterday, now just seems to spin loading on certain parts of the app to load or move layers then crashes.

just relised there is a new ios update... i've now updated, this bug problem was previous version. this is the 2nd time i have added new .abr file recently from my iPad files folder, this time Kyles fall 23 .abr i.e download abr go to iPad files - tap on abr - tap fresco icon- add to fresco - number of brushes import, then as soon as you tap the pixel brush icon on any canvas project icon the whole app crashes and closes, this also happened last month with a different .abr imported the same way.. defintley a bug there somewhere, i'm running the lastest ios app release & latest ios software & plenty of ipad gb left.

I know where going way back to Adobe Ideas app, but i would love to be able to open my original drawings from way back then, in Fresco etc, only can preview them, or being able to simply convert them .idea to psd or pdsc etc. 🙂 Please Adobe.

the app was working fine a couple of days ago, i went to add a abr file from icloud files saw the number of brushes importing, (which i've since deleted the abr file from creative cloud) but now when i go into fresco on a new empty document / any document i'm working on, i tap the brush tool bar (pixel brush) (not selecting a specific brush), just by simply tapping the pixel brush icon to select) and the ios app just crashes & closes each time.... then sometimes.. it doesnt crash... the panel opens as normal also noticed when i tap on libaries there is a slight lag automatically showing all cloud folders under "shapes" which then load after slight delay. also i've noticed adobe capture shapes from cloud arent updating to newer adjusted versions in the folder within libaries within fresco, but are fine within creative cloud. and one last thing there is extreme "freeze" lag on just zooming or moving across canvas surface on larger projects i'm running ios app version 4.8.0 running latest ios, plenty of GB main memory.

Thanks, i've just reported it, the image attatched the top line drawn without ruler, middle line drawn with ruler, with pressure & velocity dynamics selected, 3rd line is with ruler & pressure & velocity dynamics not selected. 🙂

i'm having a problem with the original vector round brush, when i the use a ruler to draw a line, the line is no longer equal thickness, straight & oddly tapers to a point at the end, there is no taper settings selected and i havent adjusted any brush settings unless it has done it automatically which i'm not aware of and i cant figure out why i no longer have a equal straight line with round tip ends?
this doesnt happen with the brush when not using the ruler...
any ideas? thank you.

just connected my apple pencil 2, but it wont draw the same lines as if i were drawing with my finger?, even though same brush etc is chosen see photo. how can i keep the same type of drawn line with pencil, same as if i was drawing with my finger etc, cheers

for example i export a hi res illustration image from Fresco into my ipad pro camera roll, go to capture, select each of the 5 colours and the level number is always not correct, this used to happen in adobe illustrator draw too? 🙂 i know Fresco has "recent colours", but i would like the colours to match to use across adobe desktop via creative cloud etc. i had to manuallly change the colour levels to match the colours in the exported illustration

on the photo that says "43.82" in the first box, i changed that to 50 and it changed it to 43.82 , and the rest 34.18... weirdly on another document the corners are working then arent...

i've been drawing rectangles with rounded edges recently, today it wont work?, if i try and set the percentage of corners with the link chain selected or unselected it will not input same percentage for each of the 4 corners in each of the 4 boxes in shape properties... or if i change one the rest randomly change to random numbers...?...

as i have yet to fully use Fresco, why is the eraser not as simple as the eraser in adobe illustrator draw app?, i have to keep going over the area multiple times to erase pixels, why isnt the eraser simpler?
