Update on the page file size. Allowing windows to automatically control the pagefile size has fixed the problem. Windows has allocated a 32GB page file which allowed LRC to use about 19-20GB of virtual memory (about 8-9GB real) without any problem. LRC can be seen acquiring and releasing memory as I would expect as I did various tests. I also ran Topaz Photo AI concurrently which drove real memory upto 68% usage (no free storage and about 30% standby) - page faults were minimal. Both LRC and photo AI successfully ran to completion. I tend to feel this is more a system configuration issue rather than a bug in LRC.

"I have a 4060 Ti GPU and have been facing this issue for the past four months. The main problem occurs with Camera Raw's AI masking tools. When I click on an AI tool, the PC starts lagging, RAM usage increases significantly, and any adjustments take about 2 seconds to show the effect. My PC is a high-end build with an i9-14900K processor, 32GB of RAM, and a 4060 Ti 8GB GPU, but I’m still experiencing this issue. I’ve contacted Adobe customer service several times, but it hasn’t helped. I’ve also tried many suggested settings, but nothing has resolved the problem. Currently, I’m using Camera Raw version 14.5, which is running smoothly."

Exactly the same issue for me, on RTX 2080 Super O8G. I noticed that this happened after update to win11, but i'm not sure. Actually i was doing clean install of win11, so maybe it brings new drivers, and new version of LC i'm not sure because i didn't track versions.

Is there anyone who tried to reproduce my steps and can say if there is the same behavior or not?

@johnrellis Thank you for your quick reply! Apologies for posting in the wrong thread - I'll go to the one you suggested - and it is only the ultra wide angle ones that have this problem, so it seems like I'm experiencing exaclty the problem you describe.

Believe it or not, sometimes software testng reveals bugs or basic errors in design. Do you release anyway? (I once had a client who would do that, and then they wondered why customers were not upgradeing.) OR, do you do the right thing and fix the software, which means pushing out the release date. I'm assumng that Adobe wants to have some real new content in each release.
