I finally switched to the fantastic Affinity suite (link removed) and I'm not looking back. It takes a little bit of time to get used to the new interface (which is very similar to Phosohop anyway), but I've finally found a software that works, doesn't cost a leg (pay once, no monthly subscription), and most importantly is run by a company that listens to its customers and responds promptly to bugfix questions on their forums! I hope I am doing this right. I created a thread before that ended up in "Discussions," not "Bugs." The brush sizes in Photoshop seem to be tied to Accessibility Pointer sizes in MacOS. If a person wants or needs a bigger pointer in the OS, it has a significant adverse effect on how the brush size displays.   Here is my thread and another thread about this, both in Discussions. My thread includes screenshots and another person's "solution," which sort of fixed the problem, but makes clear that there is an accessibility issue here.   Someone in my thread told me to "add it to the feature request." Buenas tardes!  Quería sugerir que incluyan la función de Tethering en la versión de IPad... teniendo en cuenta la cuota que pagamos, los usuarios profesionales necesitamos esta función con urgencia, ya que trabajar en iPad nos ofrece una mayor movilidad que un ordenador con LR Classic... entiendo que estén centrados en las funciones de IA, pero esto es importante, ya que si no tendremos que optar por irnos a la competencia "Capture One" que sí ofrece una opcion de Tethering en iPad muy completa... Así mismo, también sería interesante que incluyerais alguna función para compartir los shootings en línea a través de Cloud, donde se le pueda facilitar un enlace al cliente para que haga seguimiento del shooting en directo, desde cualquier parte del mundo... Capture One lo tiene y no creo que os queráis quedar atrás con estas funciones, tan fáciles de aplicar para LR, ya que ya disponéis de un servicio de Cloud... UPDATE: 2025 Okay I have been struggling with this for years and never know a fix for it until now. In the bottom left corner of the screen where it displays the document size. I noticed that it was updating as I was backspacing.  It hit me like a bolt of lightning. Of course! It was lagging because of the calculation (3mb), so don't come in here saying my file was too big :p. Clicking the little arrow to the right and chaning it to selected too, anything other than document size has fixed the issue. I can backspace and delete and write and press spacebar as much as I like, without an issue. I hope this helps someone else!!!! ~~~~~ Should I work for Adobe? ... View more

@Michael26531295kdax  That wasn't what anyone said - it was just mentioned in passing as a possible cause (hacker-modified code). Which isn't entirely unreasonable, given the extremely high volume of pirated copies being offered on the internet, to unsuspecting buyers.   But the general consensus is that this is most likely the GPU driver. If not that, then possibly an overheating/malfunctioning hardware component.   The bottom line is in any case that a modern application cannot cause a BSOD. Hi, was it an operating system update or a photoshop one? Which version are you using? Did you try to reset Photoshop's preferences manually by dragging the preferences folder to the desktop. In my case, changing Windows>Workspace to Photography did not keep images resized from 1000mm to 167mm (for example) centered in the PS workspace. However, the suggestion to uncheck Overscroll (Edit>Preferences>Tools-uncheck Overscroll) worked nicely. Thanks! ... View more
