Hello Jamser, We are sorry about that, but the JPEG file format doesn't support duotones. you can only save it in (PSD,PSB,EPS,PDF,RAW) formats. If you still want it in JPEG format, Use the Save for web command by click on (Ctrl/Command + Shift + Alt + S) and Photoshop will convert it to sRGB and JPEG format as you wish. Enjoy Photoshoping.

Hello @twertown . can you reset your preferences in Photoshop by Press and hold Ctrl+Alt+CShift (Windows) or Cmd+Option+Shift (Mac OS) when launching Photoshop. You will be prompted to delete the current settings. if it doesn't work .. i think you have to reinstall the program due to " the app was moved, or some files have been moved/deleted. The 3D workspace is not where it should be in the Photoshop Required/Workspaces folder. "

Simply, you need to go to this directory C:\Users\***\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2015\AutoRecover where the Auto Recover folder in present. The App Data folder by default is hidden and therefore you need to change the folder settings for this purpose. You will find the last used file in the Auto recover folder in .psb format, which you can open up to get back to that particular unsaved file.
