totally agree with you. I do reports using a fillable form and need to be able to update them without redoing the whole thing. I always could until the last month. I click save or save as or save a copy and the message comes up that I can't save a signed pdf even though it isn't signed. I never use an electronic signature. Sometimes it says it doesn't recognize the document. I am so frustrated hence my profile name. The online chat help is useless. Doesn't explain anything. I ask them how to save an unsigned original document and they don't give an answer. I hate Adobe Acrobat and wish there was some other system. Good luck.

Could it be possible that the problem is, I'm in Dominican Republic?

Nobody cares where you come from. You could be on the International Space Station (ISS). It would have no impact on Asset Rejections.

That’s odd! It is like the default print settings in Adobe might have been changed. Try going to Print > Advanced and check if the copies setting is stuck there shades conroe tx. Also, resetting Adobe’s preferences (by holding Shift + Ctrl while launching) might help.

I appreciate everyone's reply to my inquiry. I reposted the photo, updating the keywords as yamoto7 suggested, and the photo was accepted. Abambo's and other comments were helpful as well...every inquiry I have made has brought up ideas and directions that have been helpful in all of my postings. It appears to me that Adobe is tightening their review and quality requirements...sometimes a challenge to meet.

I am commenting to confirm this is still a problem. I am working on a catalogue for a gallery, & I wanted to have hand written sections in it. So I made my catalogue in InDesign, exported them as PNGs, then edited the ones I wanted to write on with Photoshop. I repackage all the edited pictures with the old ones through acrobat, but the hand written pages are inflated to huge sizes. There is something obviously wrong with acrobat & how it reads them. It doesn't matter what I do. I have tried at pretty much every single resolution & pixel density I could, & no matter what I did; the edited images from Photoshop came out very enlarged. I have tried pretty much everything you can do with formatting & reformatting something in and out of Acrobat. I suspect when you do something to that image in Photoshop, it forces itself to expand in order to fit the details from things like brush strokes and filters(?) I'm not sure, but I'm very sure this isn't getting fixed because god forbid I pay $60 a month for Adobe pruducts to work together properly. The only feasible solution I have found is to export your pages at really high resolutions, put them in a PDF in Acrobat, then instead of a printer, choose "PDF Creator", then scale the Images down. Now this in itself can cause so many problems with compression & image quality so be wary. An extra kick in the stomach- even if this works Acrobat will only export them to fit legal sized paper (I'm working with a SQUARE catalogue. Ugh.) Thank you for everyone actually having real input on this subject & sharing your experience. It's very obvious which half of this thread actually understands what the problem is. I also would like to thank all the useless "Well, PDF doesn't change MY document" comments. This forum never fails to be the most useless place for any actual problem solving.

Dear all, You can make this a global setting by doing the following: go into computer settings: - Printer & Devices - Adobe PDF Properties - - General - - - Preferences - - - - Deselect "rely on system fonts only" That will remain as the Primary setting

It may also be a caching issue in the browser. Or a bug in the contributor's interface. Your description points to both possibilities.

You could use a clipping mask. In that case, your asset conforms to the requirement, but the buyer still can modify the asset to show also clipped data.

So i assume they have changed something in the AI system of review which causes majority of files to be rejected with quality issues even if they dont have.
By @di-photo
That's a good approach. Simply assume that Adobe changed something, as they are changing permanently, by adding new moderators to the system. According to Adobe, moderators are real and not piloted by AI. No ofence but you do not need to work for Adobe directly to see issues in your pictures.

As you have licensed the asset, you should send proof of that to the claimant. Either they are trying to extort you or their claim is legit. If it is legit, you should ask Adobe for help. Check here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-contributors-discussions/illegal-content/m-p/13549301#M53307

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step. (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

Hi @ng_5460 ,
There's too much of a shallow depth of field, hence most of the picture is out of focus. It also seem to be slightly underexposed and seem to have a white balance issue.
Best wishes
