Yes, it does for me! I rebooted several times to no avail. I would happily go back to the previous version of photoshop, if I could! 😉

Agreed! The new phtotoshop is now usuable... All access to the menus disappears after using liquify. Please fix this ASAP... Running an Intel chip and Sonoma 14.6.1
