Hi @Chainsawrabbit With the text chat, did you type in 'real agent'? When I added that, I had to wait a while but a eventually was connected to a reasl person. @Chainsawrabbit and @individualistic_Moon6994 As you see in the Firefly credits info box (as below), Adobe is giving people additional use of Firefly when credits run out. This is stated as being for a limited time. It is not clear why.

Hi @Chainsawrabbit When you click your icon in the top right, are you seeing: 0/1000 credits left I had an issue lately and managed to talk to a person through the Adobe chat and got the matter resolved.

Hi @Harold Silva At this time, Firefly does not allow you to create different versions of the same character. You can use a similar prompt with the same details that describe the character but Firefly will try create a unique image each time. You could use Generative Fill to change part of the image but that is limiting if you want the character to change positions/poses.

Hi @Sophia2928201899ni I have merged your posted into this thread which also discusses a poor image output from Firefly. The thread doesn't have a solution but it allows Adobe to see multiple people impacted by the issue.

Hi @candida_6277 Adobe have Firefly Text to Video, which allows you to craete a video from a text prompt. At this point in time, the tool does not have functionality to generate audio along with the video. https://firefly.adobe.com/upload/video-generation

Hi @Lai Jiang Just to add to @Kartika Rawat's reply - with Adobe Firefly's Text to video, you are not able request multiple clips from a single prompt. The same is for Text to Image. You need to prompt each item separately.

Hi @french_9902 Are you trying to create images or video or both? With the CC plan, you should be able to use Firefly for images but will need another plan to generate video.

Hi @yichien33411025xfos Are you trying to use your credits for video? I'm guessing you have a CC plan. That plan gives credits for creating images not for the video tools.

Hi @William32719979qbo4 Firefly Video is not included in the CC subscription. With the new Firefly tools that have become available, Adobe has changed their plans and the use of generative credits. The generative credits allocated in a CC only plan users can't be used for video.
