Hello, I encoutered the same issue on my laptop (Windows 11) after using Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. So basically I had this popup periodically even if all adobe apps were uninstalled. Seems like the issue was related to the leftovers folders from Adobe apps, especially the ones in C://Program Files/Adobe. Because for me the error message included CCX process which was in this specific folder.  In any case to get rid of this error message WITHOUT reinstalling Windows you should uninstall all Adobe apps using CC cleaner :  https://swupmf.adobe.com/webfeed/CleanerTool/win/AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe Then you can delete all Adobe folders in the following folders ; C://Program Files/Adobe C://Program x86/Adobe C://Program x86/Common Files/Adobe ... Solution:  With the brush tool selected there is button in the Options panel to force using pressure as transparency. Make sure that is turned off. Otherwise you will have transparency regardless of brush settings ... View more

Same thing just happened to me, years later. Not only had I just saved prior to the power outage (a few minutes prior so the save process was completed), it wrote over that save file with compressed static just like the OP. It also removed all "previous versions" in the file manager.  I don't rely on "restored" files to save me after an outage, but I do want my own manual saves to.. you know.. be saved. ... View more
