I'm experiencing an issue where i have liberally applied Adobe Captivate fonts across a project but when I go to publish the project it will not allow me to add a domain in the Adobe Fonts area on the publish settings and it's all grayed out. I would love to be able to generate a banner-sized image as I often create graphics to place at the top of documents, websites, web headers, Slack canvas headers, and normally the widescreen content is too tall to really create anything useable. I know I could create content from Photoshop but I love the ease and speed of generating right in Adobe Firefly. Starting with a thinner but wide aspect ratio would help me create useable content very quickly for these other uses.  ... View more

I would love to be able to set the image dimensions from the initial firefly page. Maybe have a dropdown to choose widescreen, square, etc. right from the get-go, I loved a first iteration but it was square-sized and had to generate similar. I keep modifying my prompts, removing styles and effects and it feels like firefly keeps focusing on a particular style/image set that I was using previously. I don't want to have to reload firefly, re-enter my prompts, and reselect all the settings that I had just to get it to change the style or bent of what I am generating.    I've attached some image samples. Here you can see it's bent on cartoon style that I removed from the prompt and the style/effects options. I have regenerated it multiple times but am still getting a cartoo.  focus. Has anyone else had issues with Slide Alt Text not reading properly when entering a slide? Up until about a month ago, Slide Alt text would always read when entering a new slide, however, recently, it has randomly stopped working with no apparent explanation. I will randomly get slides that do not read, even though the alt-text is clearly there! We are testing in Chrome, using NVDA and Chrome VOX which both exhibit the same behaviors with HTML5 output. I was told by an Adobe Support agent that I should post in here to get access to my adobe knowhow videos. Apparently, Adobeknowhow.com is shutting down and I will no longer have access to my videos. I logged into my account and discovered, that even though I log in with my adobe ID my knowhow account is tied to a no longer existing email address. How can I get someone from Adobe to help me access and download my adobe videos? I want to be sure that i  don't lose access to the content. Could someone from Adobe please help me? ... View more

I am wondering why Adobe Captivate doesn't have integration with the Adobe Creative Cloud libraries? Is this in your plans for the future? Our team of elearning media designers would greatly benefit from access to content in our creative cloud libraries. Images, swatches, and color palettes from Adobe Color.  Also, integration of web fonts from Typekit and Google fonts would be incredibly useful to EVERY captivate user. Google's free fonts are spectacular and could help drive interest in elearning design.  Even the creation of a plugin that can be added for those who want to use it would be incredibly useful for designers creating e-learning.  ... We have created an ebook using Indesign, and created an animated table of contents with links to pages within the document. When we use the pop up table of contents it jumps to the correct page, but the page size shrinks. ??? Why would this be? How can I resolve it? See screenshots below It's weird, cause the ebook jumps to the right page in the view, but not in the reader itself... the image/view shows page 7 but the ebook reader shows page 3.
