I also have this problem: Photoshop 24.7.4; windows 10/X64, V 22H2. So I also found that clicking on "show windows contents while dragging" in the performance screen solves the problem: to get to this in Windows 10 -I did this: Right Click on "This PC" icon. Go to "Properties", then (on larger half of ABOUT screen) go to "Advaned System Settings" and click on 'Settings' under the Performance Tab. Click on "Show windows contents while dragging"

Update to 13.3. I had the same problems after leaving ver 12 to go to 13. Made life miserable. Finally made it to version 13.3. This is much more stable. I suspect some aspects of 13.1 and 13.2 may have been oversensitive to video cards, drivers, or memory issues. We may never know if/how Adobe addressed the issues. Try 13.3 and return to the conversation. Doug A / bedfoto

OK.. Today I got the crash messages which have been occurring too frequently lately. I Had been working in Lightroom for about 40 minutes with a library of 123 24MB images. Two images were enhanced and edited in Photoshop. Another dozen or so were selected and adjusted for tone and color, etc., nothing major. After a while I noticed the system (Lightroom’s ability to move from photo to photo and managed tasks like zoom or crop) just get real slow and then I get the errors. As I mentioned earlier, none of these issues had occurred with version 12 previous to updating to 13.01. I am providing the two error messages and a copy of the Lightroom system report. Thank you

Why is 13.01 - crashing so frequently.? Version 12 was pretty much rock solid other than dissing my Nvidia 4GB geForce 1050 TI.- but still didn't crash. Hope Adobe can fix this. No problems with Photoshop at all. System has 64GB ECC RAM, XEON CPU, SAS Drive controller/drives. Adobe may have upped the video card requirement but I am not aware of anything new. Any ideas? Oh Yes - Windows 10 X64. Thanks - Doug A

Thanks, KR. Just found it. (never really needed it before). 13 update was the most problematic. 12.5 has been pretty solid but crashes my (Nvidia 4 gig ) video card if I try to "enhance"

I agree. Just updated and it continues to crash for seemingly no reason. I'm now trying to figure out haw to downgrade to 12.

I suppose much has changed since Creative Suites started going to Creative Cloud. I can't say that I am pleased with the idea, but it seems to be making my search for an upgrade rather difficult. I've been considering updating my Production Premium 5.5 to PP CS6 but figure a trial version of at least Premiere Pro CS6 makes sense. I can't find the traditional trial download anywhere.. except maybe on the cloud pages. Anybody know where I can get a trial without all the tribulations? Also, I'm curious about how other editors feel about Adobe and Premiere going to CC? Thanks
