Photoshop 26.5 refuses to open half the time... It usually opens the first time I open it, but if I close it (which I do, often, because the file tabs keep getting stuck) and try to reopen without restarting computer, it will just add another task to the task list but won't show any other signs of launching.

Effective with the May 21st release of all the Photography products, this feature is no longer early access. We’ve improved the UI and updated the Lens Blur accuracy in this update. Please install the latest update for your Camera Raw/Lightroom client and enjoy the feature now as general access.
