I've got a Macbook Pro M1 Max 64 GB with 14.4.1. I have the latest Bridge (14.1). It is still painfully slow – zooming in and panning images is far slower than Photoshop. I always give up in frustration and switch to Photoshop to view each image. I could send a screen recording if you'd like. This isn't a multiple monitors issue. I can't move groups of palettes – before it was possible. Upgraded to 2023 – same issue. I try selecting to the right of the X, as before. See image. I can chose the "Colors" tab but not the whole group.   ... View more

The bright minds at Adobe have reversed the functioning of the shift key as a modifier for the crop tool, so that instead of making it a fixed ratio, it makes it free-form. I crop far more often using free-form rather than fixed ratio, so for me this increases time needed for making what used to be simple adjustments. I have used Photoshop since the mid-1990s and I see no reason for this change. Please allow me to revert to the 2018 cropping, much as you allow Classic Mode other functions. All other Adobe products use shift to set not free the proportions. This is a break with standards that have been in place for decades, and I don't see a good reason for it. ... View more

For sure, I’d at least issue a bug report. I did that already. But it sounds like yours is crippling (mine just churned away for a few minutes, so it was irritating not debilitating. This warrants letting them know about it in a big way. I’ve been leery of the idea of the Creative Cloud because I fear that software may be rushed.
