Reviews and sales are two different functions. Once your assets are finally reviewed and added to your account, they will remain available for licensing for as long as you have an Adobe Stock account. Waiting so long for reviews can be frustrating, but there's nothing we can do to hasten the process, so I just carry on editing and uploading saleable content knowing all will be reviewed eventually and added to my account.

Yes, you are allowed to promote your Adobe Stock portfolio on your social media platforms; there is no prohibition on using your real name as your Display Name in Adobe Stock. I use my real name, so a Buyer could potentially contact me directly by googling me, but that has never happened.

Adobe no longer has an "editorial" collection, but they do have an "Illustrative Editorial" collection. You should read the help pages on that topic to ensure that you understand what is accepted into that collection. About half of my Illustrative Editorial images have sold, some of them multiple times, which is a higher ratio of sales than my non-editorial portfolio.

If your assets are in competitive categories, your images could be many pages down in the search results on the Buyer portal. Pay attention to how many assets are displayed for those keywords. If it's tens of thousands, it's going to be difficult to find yours.

It seems the DOF is too shallow, causing out of focus areas that should be in focus.

You are not addressing Adobe directly here in this forum and will receive no reply from an Adobe employee here. This is a community of fellow Contributors. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to hasten the review of our assets. Be patient.

You didn't actually look at any of the images in the original post, did you? This kind of "cut and paste" response doesn't help as it doesn't address the issues in the images posted.

I also have some images waiting for more than 9 months. On 2 different occasions recently, I resubmitted a couple of them and deleted the old ones. They still haven't been reviewed after several weeks...

Adobe has hundreds of human moderators, so there is the human element of inconsistency in reviews; it's possible that a different moderator looked at the resubmitted image. Nevertheless, resubmitting a rejected image without having re-edited it to remove the issues is considered spamming and can result in your account being blocked.

Do your own research on the Recraft site. Don't rely on rumors. I've never read anywhere that Adobe refuses assets from any particular AI generator. If the assets meet Adobe's quality criteria they will be accepted.

It sounds like you're not willing to transfer the copyright for the assets you generated to your spouse. Therefore, I think your next step is to delete your assets from the shared account so that only his assets remain, and resubmit them to your new account. If your assets have generated more sales than his, it might be better for his assets to be deleted and yours retained so that you don't lose the sales history and search ranking of those images. Either way, a discussion with an attorney is necessary.

This should have been posted to the Adobe Stock Contributor forum rather than the Stock forum, which is for Buyers.
You are not addressing Adobe directly in this forum and will receive no response from them. I have found acceptance into the illustrative editorial collection to be quite subjective. Sometimes when I submit 2 images from the same shoot, 1 will be accepted and 1 will be rejected. They also reject if the image doesn't have a "strong editorial concept", but nowhere is that defined. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do to dispute the findings of the Moderator.
We are looking for imagery intended to illustrate articles on current events and news, focused on conceptual imagery using real brands and products to convey strong ideas.
The most common cases for rejection from that collection are:
- The file includes identifiable people.
- The file is news or documentary editorial.
- The file did not have a strong editorial concept.

You came here to learn why Adobe has rejected your images, and I have provided that information. Understanding Adobe's quality criteria can be a learning curve for many new Contributors. Unedited images are usually not going to meet their quality criteria, and Adobe expects Contributors to have basic editing skills. Exposure issues can often be fixed with editing, though blur cannot. Have you read the help pages relating to, preparing your images for submission? They contain a lot of very helpful information.

if these were taken in a zoo and aquarium, you should check the organization's restrictions on commercial use of photos acquired in their premises. Many do not permit you to use the images commercially.

These are definitely too similar. Also, the database is already overrun with these types of gradient backgrounds which are fairly easy for a Buyer to create on their own.

It appears that you're from Malaysia (I think that's what the /my/ in the above URL signifies.) Malaysia is one of the countries for which assets require additional vetting before they are available for sale in your country; however they are available for licensing in most other countries. If I search for your name, I see this portfolio which contains more than one asset:

These look like straight-out-of-the camera unedited snapshots. The first one is cropped too tight and the horizon is not level. The second one is cropped too tight. The third image has an overexposed sky. The fourth image has a leaning horizon and underexposed shadows. The fifth image has a noisy sky, is underexposed, and lack a focal point.
