All we can do is point you to the Stock TERMS of AGREEMENT and have you contact Contributor Support directly.
https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/submission-guidelines.html
Contact Stock Contributor Support: https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/contact
For purposes of this narrow discussion, you can create a new Stock account in your name for all new assets to which you have 100% ownership rights. And it will be attached to your UNIQUE tax ID number. I hope that makes sense.
Beyond that, there may be other local jurisdictional rules that apply here about which we have no knowledge. Therefore, you must TALK TO YOUR LAWYER!!!

Hi @Z_I_B ,
We don't know exactly what causes the delay. Sometimes there is delay and other times there isn't. Just keep submitting and wait. You'r files will be reviewed eventually.

There's Picfair, which I believe is out of the US. They do all the work for you in exchange for a percentage, including matting and framing.

Hello,
To have a good understanding of how depth of field works and its relation to the aperture, read this from Adobe:
The relationship between aperture and depth of field - Adobe
An aperture of 2.8 is very shallow!

Adobe no longer has an "editorial" collection, but they do have an "Illustrative Editorial" collection. You should read the help pages on that topic to ensure that you understand what is accepted into that collection. About half of my Illustrative Editorial images have sold, some of them multiple times, which is a higher ratio of sales than my non-editorial portfolio.

If your assets are in competitive categories, your images could be many pages down in the search results on the Buyer portal. Pay attention to how many assets are displayed for those keywords. If it's tens of thousands, it's going to be difficult to find yours.

If using Photoshop filters or effects is prohibited, then how did that contributor sell more than 25,000 assets? I can clearly see that they have used noise effects with a filter!

You are not addressing Adobe directly here in this forum and will receive no reply from an Adobe employee here. This is a community of fellow Contributors. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to hasten the review of our assets. Be patient.

Actually, I don't believe Adobe trains AI on other AI assets. That would be kind of incestuous, as potentially bad AI assets (and there are still a lot of them on Adobe Stock) would result in even more bad AI assets. But someone might need to verify this.

You do not need to look very hard to find quality issues in your assets. It took me one tenth of a second.
You need to check them better. Writing "generated with AI" or siminar in the title is no more needed, and titles are never related to quality.

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

There is no free trial cancellation fee. The free trial is one month and if you do not cancel, it converts into an annual subscription, renuable automatically at the end of the subscription year. If you cancel within the first 14 days of your paid subscription, you get a refund. After that, you agreed to have an annual subscription of Adobe stock, paid by the month, and cancellable anytime, by paying half of the remaining due. That is what you agreed upon.
THere is no possibilty to request a refund on Adobe's website, as that is not a possibility offered to you. If you get a support person in the chat, it's up to that person help you out. That's all I can offer to you.

When you took your stock plan, you have for sure read the terms and conditions and you have read that the plan credits for stock roll over up to 12 months of plan credits allocations (10 assets per month = 120 plan credits; 40 asssets per month = 480 plan credits). If you do not use the credits, they get forfeited. It's in the terms and conditions. And it's marked on the screen when you take your plan:
Running the service and adding new stock assets each day cost money and basically that is what you are paying for. Like the telophone company, where you get free minutes each month to talk be phone with someone. If you do not use those minutes, they are lost. If you use more than what your contingent is, you need to pay extra. But basically you are paying the phone company for running the service, not for actual calls.
Adobe has made a generous offer, by refunding you some of your expenses. I think that you should be happy.
The generative AI credits are for using Firefly, and they are offered to you curtesy of Adobe as part of your different subscriptions. Don't complain about an extra, you get, and you do not need to pay extra.

There is no different guidance for editorial use only assets and standard assets. The only difference is that you may ignore some IP rules, but in exchange, the asset needs to be newsworthy. The additional guidance is here: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/illustrative-editorial-content.html
It seems to me, that your issues is more a lack of understanding how Adobe stock works, than missing guidance. So I highly recommend you to read the guidance, and if you have additional questions, post an asset in the contributor forum for advice.

Yes, the database is full of scrap. That is a reason, I avoid generative AI as a buyer. I can create my own faulty assets if I need them.

Most of the errors are rather blunt. You need to know that moderators are getting better by detecting those issues.

I don't understand AdobeStock's logic. I sent it before and they didn't accept it. I sent it again a couple of months later and they accepted it even though I didn't change anything in photo!
By @Delightful_teacher5C49
That is not a problem. Since moderation is done by people, there are always different assessments. I suppose it's more favourable to catch an exhausted moderator at the end of his shift than the one who is still fresh and still examining everything very closely.
Resubmitting rejected assets without addressing the issues is risky, if you do that systematically.
