I am using 2.10.0 build 30 desktop and when I load a tranparent video it come ups transparent and then few seconds it has a blacl background. Transparent files do no work on the mobile version but do/did on the desktop. Are there any plans for upates or is adobe going to phase this app out? I included a video showing this.

Hwllo, No. When I "SEARCH" for a mogrt keyword like lower3rd or just lower or anything the search, results show not found but it's there when you s roll down. The search is what is not working so I am trying how to fix the search for the way Adobe does a search of its a data base or something.

You can treat the AI Files as any other layer type in AE with and without its Collapse Transformations switch enabled. But there will be slight considerations to be made if said switch is enabled. Responsive features mostly require use of the sourceRectAtTime() Expression Method and they work with AI layers. Thank you but I am new to this as I said so that did not make sense ot me sorry.. I was wondering if I would be able to take a lower third that was made in Illustrator and add it to After Effect and animate it, make it responsive as well as make it a MOGRT? I have included an image file. There are sublayers in this. Where would I be able to find a tutor on this if it is possible as I am new to this. Thanks everyone.

You check Adobe Installer.exe exits in the directory of C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Desktop Common\ElevationManager. If not, you need to restall Adobe desktop tool. By @ToolfarmJP That is what I stated I do. What causes this? Win10 is my machine.

I got this when I tried to update the latest AF. This happends randomly on any update from Adobe. I have to reinstall the cloud app to fix it.

Hi. Basicly I had an exeption error and PPro had to restart. WHen I opened up my project my saved desktop gone back to the latest default. I like the old school layout. So I load a project file that was originaly created in the last version before the layout was changed by default. So basicly I copied the directory like profile etc in that sub directory to get things back where I had a prevkouse install. So when I use the searrch function like say title or call out I get No matching search criteria. Yes these worked before and the MOGERTs display a few seconds after the essential graphics is open.. What ever is being used to search for the keywords is not working anymore.

This is not what I am saying. When I open the essential , the MOGRTS comup after a few seconds. I clearly stated when I use the search for a MOGRT using for example like "lower 3rd" or "lower third" nothing comes up and I have used o it before. It says No matching search criteria. That is what is not working and i ffound them before like that. I had to copy my desktops ovver etc to get them the way I like it wich is the classic way. So I have to uise on that was saved from an earlier PPRO to keep it. lol There is no clean button. only delete. I also changed the directory to a fast drive just for caching.

@T - Sal Hi. Tthat is not what I asked. I was talking about the database so I can search for a certain type mof mogrt. As I said if I put in the search call out then callouts would come up. There is nothing showns so I asked where the database gets stored. How I can regenerarte a new mogrt data base.

No I am talking about the data base that is used so when I do a serach for a call out, the callouts are shown. It's not working and I want to rebuild it. That is why I asked where they store the data base for my mogrts.

I was working on a project and got a warning there was an error and Premiere pro had to shut down. When I reloaded, all my preferences were reset and I had to impoer them from another drive I had stored. Now when I search for a mogrt nothing is found. Is there a way I can regenerate a new data base? Also where is this stored? Thank you.,

Sadly I don't. I purchased CS4 and when I wanted to upgrade to CS6 Afobe gave me no discount so I never got it. I got the CS4 master collection.. I love the default layout in PPro CS6 and wish they never changed it. lol

So I been using my CS6 Master collection for quiet a awhile. I love to go back and edit in Premeiere and encore to make dvd menus. Now for some reason it was asking me to register and it is asking for a serial number and I have expired the 30 days. Before I could press license this and it would all work again. Now it wont.I'm prolly one of the few who use Encore and PPro CS6 to go back and worrk on older project plus I love the layout that was changed later. hehe Any idea how to get it back working? Thank you.

So I am learning the software by watching YouTube. I made a mogrt that was a smooth logo spin in 4k. I wanted to know if I was looking to make 2 4k and 2 HD with 30 and 60 frames, would I be able to do it in one project or would I have to make one for each? Thank you.

I find that I CAN assign them with a modifier (e.g. I can assign Ctrl+keypad 1). But it won't assign plain keypad 1." That stinks because it would be faster that way to change cameras.

I have my num lock on. It does nothing when I try to use it to change to a camera in multi-camera editing, it does not work.. Only selecting with the mouse or the numbers above the letter. Please advise. I have the latest version of premiere pro on win10 latest build.

Everything that works great on the desktop does not translate properly on the mobile version. I have a transparent video that I exported from after effects and it works great on the desktop version of rush but the mobile is not working any ideas on this or is this a known bug?
