Hi there.

I attached the screenshot and I do know I have no followers nor am I following anyone but shouldn't a window open up when I click on it and say it? Is it a bug or is it that my followers don't want me to know they following me.

🙂

Hello Tocino,

I hope you are doing well.

The channel you have posted your question is for questions/ issues related to Acrobat Reader Mobile.

I am moving the thread to a different channel for better assistance.

Thanks,

Souvik.

Mmm could be a cache issue. Try this way instead: Click on your profile pic > Account Settings > My Follows

Also, this feature is not for following users but individual threads and communities 🙂 Let us know how you get on!

Hi @Tocino255984745b4g -- today, users aren't able to follow each other on this forum, so "My follows" wouldn't provide you with any info on your followers because it doesn't exist.

What it does tell you (and give you control over) are the following:

1. Communities you follow

2. Posts or threads you follow

I'm more curious to hear if clicking "My follow" isn't working for you at all. What do you see when you click the link you highlighted in the screenshot (it should take you to a new page)?
